Madhu from BSG reached the school around 8.45AM and the students already left for village march and returned to school around 9am. All villagers, local YuvaJana Socities members, Vidya committee members and new elected body of panchayath gathered for the event. School Head Master Yelagandula Krishna sir did flag hosting around 9.15 followed by national anthem.
After the flag hosting School HeadMaster along with local elected surpanch, BSG Member is invited on to the stage.
There were several events planned for the occasion like:
1. Karate demo by 3 school Girl Students who won black belt.
2. Comedy Drama by studennts.
3. Speech by Students on independence day.
4. Students sang Patriotic songs.
After this they distributed prizes to students who won indoor and out door games. Then the staff given mike to Madhu (BSG volunteer) to speak/introduce about BSG. BSG volunteer introduced about the BSG motto and objective along with the events we did for the academic year in several schools. Also i explained them the events we planned for zphs ramsagar for upcoming year and how the events would be useful for students. I also announced that 2 other students studying 6th/7th class got short listed for Nirmaan scholarship under extremely poor category with names as Manasa & Ramya with Rs: 3000/- from Nirmaan each for this year.
After the speech the scholarships were distributed to 3 selected students along with BSG certificate as below:

There was some speech given by school staff and local leaders after this. Over all the experience of the event was very good. After this event most of the villages recognized the work done by BSG!!
