Objective:
To train School staff, Head Master along with two teachers from each High School about Goal setting, Higher Education, Employment Opportunities and available Scholarships. Inturn trained teachers are expected to bring awareness among 10th class students by spending 30mins a week for a period of approx 2 months

Post Training Benefits:

• Born to Serve Group "Gajwel Mandal level Scholarship" test would be conducted around Feb 2014. About 30% of the test would be on the career guidance workshop material, and remaining 70% marks based 10th class subjects + G.K.
• Monetary benefit for selected students in scholarships (on merit basis). Special gift for the corresponding Teacher as token of appreciation for their efforts.

Lawyer, Doctor, Engineer, CA, Scientist, Pilot, CIVILS. => Week 6
Event Execution:
Total of 23 teachers from different ZP High schools and 9 volunteers from Nirmaan Vidya Helpline / BSG attended the event. The representatives from 11 schools are present for the event though there are heavy rains and other official Rachabanda programmes through out the mandal. Power Point presentation on career guidance for 10th class students and goal setting video is presented by Nirmaan VHL volunteers followed by Tea/samosa break. The event was well executed for 2hours presentation and 45mins questioning session from teachers to counselor on different areas. During the event every schools is provided with Training kit containing Career Chart Flexi Banner + student survey forms + posters + VHL toll free number stickers+ samachara deepika booklets. In the end of workshop, several Teachers endorsed the programme and extended their support to any programme Nirmaan/BSG is going to conduct in Gajwel. The Teachers who endorsed the event are UTF district president Satyanarayana sir, Sunitha Madam (zphs pregnapur HM), Laxmana Swamy Sir (Rtd..HM), Maruthi Reddy Sir(Rtd..HM).
