There has been a tremendous response to the "borntoserve - Mandal Level Career Guidance Program" conducted on the eve of Republic day with more than 200 students attending it and taking counseling. Performing an event at Mandal level has definitely increased the reach of services of "borntoserve", while this event has also showcased the maturity that the team has. The event was conducted from 3.30 P.M to 6.30 P.M, so its hard to describe in length about the program, here, I am trying to give a jest of the event with the feedback that we got from elders.
We started the program with Vandemataram which was sung by the students who came for the program, followed by the born to serve oath.

Speech's of Chief Guests for the day - Dr. Dwarakanth ( Social Activist, Retired Principal and District Level SSV Convenor ), Narshimulu Sir, Mandal Educational Officer (M.E.O) Vikarabad, Srinivas Reddy M.E.O Banataram, Chandramouli Sir, Prinicipal Sri Saraswathi Vidya Mandir, Vikarabad. Initially the plan was to get Sub Collector for the program because of an emergency meeting he could not turn up for the event.
While Dr. Dwarakanath streseed the importance of knowing different educational fields, with several known examples as how people with proper guidance have become successful in life. His speech was spell bound and was for about 45 minutes ... while quoting about the program he said to BSG that "This is such a wonderful event We got to do at much bigger level may be in district with about 2000 students attending it "

Upendar ( S.I Vikarabad) who is also preparing for Civils, has qualified Prelims said it is such a great oppurtunity for youngsters to use this platform to scale better, he pointed out to several papers like employment news where students can benefit when looking out for jobs
"Please call me for any event that you conduct I will always be there to assist" , he took our numbers so that he can call for any events that he personally organizes
Chandramouli Sir with his kind gesture replied to a question from a student who said was aspiring to become civil servant, said if you get more than 500 marks in 10th I will give you free education in my college, while Dr.Dwarakanth said we will sponsor for your higher education after Inter, it was such a sight to watch that if there is real urge and need there are wonderfull people who can come forward.
"I see a small deepam's in these guys who have come to light the several lives and thus light entire Vikarabad"
Narshimulu Sir in his speech said I have been seeing these guys doing such activities since many years but "this event is very unique and useful". He has helped us by giving contact details of all the H.M's in the mandal.
Srinivas Reddy Sir - In his speech said that while every one is spending time on their own " I am impressed that youngsters from borntoserve has come to spend time for others" I appreciate their efforts.
Kalyan gave Higher education ppt, Madhu giving the Scholarships and myselves taking up the Job opportunities ppt in between their speechs.
Vijendar - you have been the backbone for the event with almost everything arranged right from Hall, sending invitations to all the schools, pamplets in news papers and the news to be coming on the day about the event. Even tough we missed your presence, you did your part so we were at ease in doing the job
Srisailam - Siri you have been exceptional on day event organizer - the amount of effort you put in getting the brouchers, Projector from hyderabad, gathering the students and media coverage, arrangement of mikes, chairs and people management is commendable.
Kalyan - you just have been the man of the day while stealing the show with your anchoring, and collecting and presenting the higher education data.
Balraj - your presentation of BSBC has given an overview of our activities and your efforts especially in coordinating and following up with the chief guests for Invitation.
Madhu - Despite having several personal works you have come to Vikarabad and presented Scholarships, collated the data for jobs.
While a special mention to backend support team - Jay , Sathish and Pramodh
